There is an option at check out for delivery upgrades such as 1st class or signed for delivery, at an extra cost.
Standard European delivery is £3.99 and rest of the world is £4.99.

If you do not see an option for your country or it has been over 10 working days (UK) and 20 working days (international) and your order has not arrived, please get in touch.
Typical Delivery Timescales
United Kingdom - 3 to 5 business days
Rest of Europe - 7 to 15 business days

We always aim to ship our products with the best of care but if you do choose not to keep it or it arrives faulty please get in contact within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, not the cost of delivery.
Exceptions: Earrings and face masks are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a recorded delivery method as lost returns cannot be refunded. Please ask for proof of postage from your post office and keep it until the refund process is complete.
Where orders have been returned to us due to not being collected; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.
