Products

We try to add size dimensions to description of each product. That way you can measure up or compare to something you may already own. If you're still unsure, send us an email at info@olaola.co.uk 

We are extremely conscious of how our products are produced and where they are made.

Currently, all our products are hand made in the UK either by myself or with seamstresses, who are paid a fair wage dictated by themselves.

Our fabric is printed with an eco-friendly process meaning it requires no water and uses 95% less energy than traditional screen printing. The company we use also have a zero-waste policy and sends excess fabric and offcuts to be used by schools and charities.

Our design process is as zero-waste as possible, and smaller offcuts are made into our button earrings or scrunchies. We do not build waste into our pricing and so only order what we need. 

We are edging towards recyclable packaging and slowly phasing out plastic mailing bags.

We are not perfect but are taking conscious steps to be as genuinely ethical and as transparent as possible. Every day we are thinking about changes we can make in our business from packaging options to fabrics. 

Returns & Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 3 working days. Some products such as notebooks (5 days) or pre-orders require a longer processing time. This will be noted at the top of the listing. 

Once your order has been dispatched this is the estimated delivery time:

Next day delivery United Kingdom: next business day

1st class United Kingdom: 1 - 2 business days

2nd class United Kingdom (free shipping!): 3 - 5 business days

Europe - 7 to 15 business days

Rest of the world: 10 - 25 business days

You will receive a tracking number if you opted for tracked delivery at check-out. If you did not you will only receive notifications once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Yes we do.

You may have noticed that shipping to America at the moment has increased. We do not make any profit on the shipping costs and are looking for more affordable options for you.

Yes, you can, if a product arrives faulty or you change your mind please, get in contact within 14 days of receiving your order.

These items can not be returned if you change your mind, only if they arrive faultily: earrings, face masks and hair accessories (due to hygiene reasons.)

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and are advised to return items via a recorded delivery method and to obtain proof of postage. 

Where orders have been returned to us due to not being collected; the buyer will be required to repay the shipping fee.

All UK order have free 2nd class shipping. You can upgrade to 1st class for only £1.99 and signed for delivery is £3.99

Next Day UK shipping is £9.99.

Europe standard delivery untracked is £5.99 and £10.99 for tracked.

Rest of the World untracked is £9.99 and £19.99 tracked.
